We pride ourselves in knowing exactly where we source our Pork from, and the quality of farming behind it. For this reason, we have partnered with some of the most well-known farms in the region, famous for producing some of the best meat across East Anglia. It is important to us that the pigs we purchase have had the best life possible. Not only is this ethical, but it also helps to produce the correct layer of fat, ensuring the meat is both tasty and succulent. The breed of pigs sourced are Landrace and Duroc, both famous for producing juiciest and most tender cuts of meat.

Our Free-Range Pork comes directly from two farms:

Blythburgh Farm; an ethical, award-winning farm who understands the importance of well reared, quality meat. All meat is fully traceable back to the farm, giving confidence to our customers with every purchase.

Dingley Dell; a Suffolk farm with over 15 years of farming superb, welfare-friendly pork. Famous for their unique Red Duroc breeding programme that creates higher marbling for amazing taste and flavour.
